Dr. Nicholas Desai is a thorough, attentive podiatrist treating patients in Sugar Land, Texas, and the surrounding communities. His approach combines the technology of the 21st century with the bedside manner of the 1950’s, always putting patient care first. He holds certification from the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a member of professional organizations including the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the American Society of Podiatric Dermatology.
In order to pursue his podiatric education, Dr. Desai attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He founded The Foot Centers of Texas in 2001, co-developed the Diabetic Foot Clinic at The Hermann Hospital Center for Wound Healing and Lymphaedema, and has served as a consultant to various wound care and surgical instrumentation companies.
Patients visiting Dr. Desai can receive a full range of podiatric care, including general foot consultations. He serves as adjunct clinical faculty for the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine and the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, and as faculty instructor for the St. Joseph’s Hospital Podiatric Surgery Residency Program.

My daughter referred me to him after her experience he was a third opinion after failed surgery, he spent time going over all options and crafted a treatment plan with options. he ended up operating on my foot and repaired it finally.
