Nick Patel is proud to be a member of Circle Medical, a digital-first, patient-focused experience that makes quality care more accessible than ever. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. Christopher Iba Mar Diop College of Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at East Carolina University.
I know the practice of medicine to be a humbling experience that has shown me that I alone am not in charge and am just a part of a team, and that patient participation is critical. I am passionate about providing the care and information that I would want my family to have.
In my opinion, the role of the primary care provider is to serve as the quarterback of the healthcare team required to deliver personalized, optimal care. It is also important in this role to focus on prevention, which is the best path to optimal health.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my son and daughter, especially when they are not in school or studying. I also enjoy traveling with them, as travel has been very valuable to me and my family.
