What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
I'm passionate about helping my patients optimize their health so they can live life to the fullest! Helping you achieve the highest quality of life and being able to serve you in the ways that are most important to you is my main goal.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
As your primary care provider, I believe it's most important to consider the whole person, mind and body. Being the best provider requires being a good listener and focusing on helping you achieve total health through traditional means, preventive care, and natural wellness. I highly value excellence and integrity in all that I do.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I'm a husband and father of four wonderful children—two sons and two daughters. When I'm not serving my patients, you'll find me outdoors with my family cycling, hiking, walking along the beach, and breathing in the fresh air. As a family, we most value our time studying the Bible together.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina, which laid the foundation for my commitment to comprehensive and compassionate care.

Well, I had made a appointment with this doctor and my insurance is network with the with the doctor and on the app and I was not pleased because when I called the doctor's office and to see how I could do everything on the app, she went by there and stuff but then she said, oh. We\n Don't take medicaid or Medicare, but it was a network, and they was going to charge me for my services. I was not very pleased, and they need to not have on there and network with united healthcare or medicaid or Medicare, if they're not going to see the patients what's not very happy with the doctors office or the doctor because I had misleading on the aisle and they did not tell me that they don't take the insurance so they need to remove themselves stating that they take united health care and medicaid and medicare and I have p p o??

Dr. Roussell is very attentive and informative. Dr. R’s advice and theories about my long time pain lead me to finding out that I had a chronic fracture I had know idea about and I may have not found out as recently if it weren’t for him. I’ve been going to the Er and had many doctors visits for years now with only to get nothing or being misdiagnosed. As soon as I speak to him and heed the advice, we found the source. There is no phone number to call the office. You can only communicate with them through an app and they often send automated messages in response to questions which is a waste of time.
I met with a doctor, they wrote a script and sent it into a pharmacy. The pharmacy then told me they wouldn't have the medication in stock for a minimum of 3 months. When I contacted this doctor office to tell them that, they said "with current nationwide medication shortages, it's notrmal that the wait times may be longer than usual". I've been taking this medication for 16 years and was shocked that thier reccomendation was "wait".
They also require monthly visits to get refills on a presciption even if the dosage isn't changing...I think it's becasue they want to be able to bill for more hours because previous prescribers have met with me every 3 months.
I do not think this doctor office has patient's best interest in mind. I highly reccomend you do not schedule with them.
