Dr. Nicole Fleischmann is a native New Yorker. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan in 1992. She graduated suma cum laude and received her MD in 1997 from State University of New York, Downstate where she was elected to the honors society, Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed her internship and residency in Urology at Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center. Because of her special interest in the treatment of female urologic issues and incontinence she continued her training in fellowship at NYU School of Medicine in voiding dysfunction and pelvic floor reconstruction.
Dr. Fleischmann was director of Female Urology in the department of Urology at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 2004. She then joined Westchester Urological Associates in 2005 where she has enjoyed a specialized practice in women’s health, the diagnosis and treatment of urinary incontinence, surgical procedures for incontinence and pelvic floor prolapse.
In addition, Dr. Fleischmann has active teaching responsibilities and is a member of the Department of Urology and the Department of Urogynecology at Montefiore Medical Center. There, she is an integral part of the fellowship training program.
Dr. Fleischmann is Board Certified by the American Board of Urology and is an active member of the American Urological Association (AUA), The Society for Urodynamics and Female Urology (SUFU) and the Society of Women in Urology (SWIU).
She lives in Westchester with her husband and three children.
