“The room I was taken to was not update meaning the ceiling tiles were yellow and uneven. They were opening and u can clearly see up. The sink in the room had a bag over it saying out of service. The attending doctor was very polite and explained everything that I was experiencing and she answered questions she very knowledgeable she made me feel comfortable and well treated. ”

The ladies made me feel comfortable from the front desk to the ultrasound & the midwife there. 100000/10 I would highly recommend! I made an appt to be seen by the gyn and was seen by the np. I’m very angry about this and will contact my insurance. This is not the first time doc doc provide false information about which doctor you will see. Please be sure and check before you go. I also completed my Pap smear test on may 2 and as of today may 22,2025 I have not received the results. Of which I will mention to my insurance also.

Highly disorganized and unprofessional mefical office. Right before the start of the appointment when I was just entering the building the office called me saying that my appointment was canceled to be rescheduled for some other day because this doctor only sees pregnant patients. Now the question is why couldn't they do it in advance not at the time when I was in the building after driving for so long and looking for a parking space? I also had to cancel my other appointments to make it to this one. So all-around bad experience and I won't be setting foot in this office ever again.

I went here many years ago and couldn't remember why I didn't return.
This place is disgustingly disorganized. I made my appointment with a OBGYN only to arrive to my annual and discover there is no MD working at the property at all today. A nurse practitioner then gave me the most painful examination I ever experienced. I'm not sure if she was annoyed that I asked if I'd be seeing the doctor I reserved with but I'm in my mid-30s and have never been poked and stabbed so much.
Then nobody seemed sure where I should leave my urine sample which I was then directed to leave on the bathroom counter.
HORRIBLE.

Extremely disorganized office with a really long wait time; nurses and assistants went into the wrong rooms, didn’t know which patient was doing what, multiple gathered in my room while I was changing to chat (??). Extremely unprofessional.

Such a disappointing, scary and unprofessional experience at this office! After waiting over an hour past my appointment time, things only got worse.
During my visit, a procedure was done to remove an IUD that had partially expelled. Instead of using proper equipment, the provider used a phone flashlight during the exam and Nurse Practicioner made a joke on how "ghetto" using the phone flashlight was, which felt extremely unprofessional and concerning. No one explained why the issue happened, what caused it, or what I should watch for afterward. I left without any follow-up or reassurance about potential long-term effects. I also had routine tests done, but I wasn’t told how or when I’d get my results. It’s been >1 week, and I still haven’t heard anything.
If you’re looking for a provider, I’d recommend going anywhere else where patient care and professionalism are prioritized!
