i was verty happy with the Offices of Dr. Nicole Johnson. I wasn't able to see the doctor today, but I saw her Nurses Practiioner Keesha L. Whatt, FNP-C She was totally Awesome!! She was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and her personality was very welcoming. I enjoyed their entire staff, and I was in and out in no time. Since my son can no longer see his pediatric doctor, I actually want to get him in as a new patient so we can keep Dr. Johnson, and Keesha as our family doctors going forward.

Let me start by saying, I did not see the doctor, I saw the nurse practitioner who spent no more than two minutes in the exam room with me. I went in mainly because of shoulder pain which was at times radiating down to my elbow and hand and. The examination was so quick, I barely had time to think when answering the questions that the practitioner asked. At any rate, I was sent to another location to get x-rays. I’m not sure if the nurse practitioner put the wrong referral down but the x-ray technician focus much more on my humerus bone than my actual shoulder. During my x-rays I even asked the technician if she was getting enough of my shoulder in the x-rays and she said that she was. When the radiologist called me with my results she said that everything looked fine but the only bone she talked about my humerus and not my hand or my shoulder. I asked if there was anything else and she said that was all she’d been sent. I said...ok and hung up. Somewhere along the line there was obviously a miscommunication between this office and the technician that took my x-rays. Long story short, my shoulder still hurts I don’t know what’s wrong with it and I’m sure I’ll be getting some hefty bills for all of this “nothing” since I haven’t met my deductible. As a new patient to this office, it would have been nice for them to slow down and really try and find out what was wrong and not just scurry me along. The office building is clean and the people at the front desk are friendly.
