Nicole is fantastic! I’ve rarely been so thrilled by a dermatologist. Extremely thorough and careful with her exam, proactive about treating issues and follow-up, helpful with instructions and advice, and very warm interpersonally. I found her to be an excellent listener and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Dr.Joy Was Very Pleasant And Patient, However I Think Every New Patient Should Be Told Before Coming In That A Co-Payment Is Expected From Them Upon ArrivalOr Higher Is Epected Of Them Even If Sent Here By Referral Of Another Physician In Their Network, Also The Receptionist Could Be A Little Friendlier.

The doctor was patient, explained things simply, gave me options, and answered my questions. The nursing staff was also pleasant, my appointment began right on time, and the facility was nice (snacks, water, seltzers; everything in good shape).

While this was my first visit and it went okay. Also, because i did not have any major issue and it was just an annual check-up. Doctor was quick in assessing my situation and gave recommendations that I need to follow.
However, my biggest challenge was that I did not find the front staff that great (hence 4 starts overall). My appointment was only confirmed 45 mins before. I also gave a call to check and left a voicemail, but never got a call back!

This was probably one of the most efficient and worthwhile doctor appointments I've ever been to. Dr. Joy was very nice and listened well, and was also able to take care of all of my concerns right there in the office in very short period of time. She was professional and understood everything well - I can tell she has a sharp mind and was able to make her diagnoses and decisions quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Joy is one of the best doctors I have ever visited, and I recommend her to any friends who are looking for a dermatologist. She's quick, informative, and is excellent at judging what a patient needs (she always knows to joke around with me when I'm anxious)! She's fantastic and makes going to the doctor easier.

Dr Joy was absolutely fantastic. I needed some minor surgery and the whole procedure was fast, painless, and very easy. She put me totally at ease. I've been telling everybody about her.

Dr. Joy was knowledgeable and friendly. Once I got into see her she was very efficient but made sure I knew what she was doing the whole time. The minor surgery she performed was quick and relatively painless. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Joy is very personable and took her time with my appointment to talk to me about all of my concerns. She explained her treatment plan and was very forthcoming about its limitations. I felt like she talked to me straight and gave recommendations for a treatment plan that she herself would do if she were the patient.
