Very polite professional woman. Everyone was prompt and the environment was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Very little paper work to fill out. Dr. Phelam was very informative and answered all my questions and addressed all my daughters concern directly with her. Very easy to make an appointment through zocdoc and consistent appointment confirmations and reminders. So happy to finally find something in the medical arena that doesn't make you feel like you never want to go back again!
