What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
I love serving underserved populations. Educating patients to live healthy, fulfilled lives makes me love what I do.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
The role of a PCP is to first listen to the patient and then provide the best care needed for that patient. It's also beneficial for PCPs to take a collaborative approach when caring for one's needs.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I earned my Doctorate in Family Nursing from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and my Bachelor's degree from Morgan State University. In my spare time, I love to exercise. I am a lifestyle coach and have a side hustle named Holistically Women, where I empower women to live healthier lives through balancing their microbiome.

I waited for almost two hours on Zoom for my provider to join the meeting. After an hour, I called Circle Medical and waited on hold for 30 minutes. When I finally got a call back, I was informed that my provider had "technical issues" and cancelled the appointment. I got no notification or notice of the appointment being cancelled. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I will be booking an appointment elsewhere.

It maybe a fluke but I sat there for 20 minutes before I gave up and just found a local doctor. As I’m dealing with anxiety… it wasn’t the best experience ??
After I exited the portal I went to their chat feature to make sure I wasn’t billed since I wasn’t seen and their response time is 3 days ??????

Unclear about what can be offered at appointment and does not have any empathy to actual help patients especially patients new to a state seeking care. Would not recommend. The nurse also called herself an MD which she is not.
