I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and the wait wasn't long for me but my appointment was late morning, mid week - not the most popular slot I would imagine. There was another gentleman in the waiting room waiting for the same doctor, my appointment was at 10:40, his 10:50 - 10 minutes per patient is what they allocate. The doctor is pleasant but didn't spend more than 5 minutes with me. I went in for a female hair loss consultation and would've liked to talk more about my options. The doctor asked about my family history and very quickly determined my condition to be genetic and just prescribed a topical solution. We did not discuss any side effects or how I feel about using it. When I picked up the prescription, the bottle clearly said do not use if you're a woman - this should've been discussed. The front desk woman was pleasant as well but very brief and just on autopilot - "hi, what time is your appointment? please have a seat" over and over again.

The provider was thorough and did four biopsies. I was given cream and told to put it on so it would “heal nicely” However that night the biopsies were still bleeding. They continued to bleed the next morning, one of them quite a lot. I called the office number and got an answering service who told me the office was closed on Saturday, even though their website says they’re open. The service said someone would call me back within the hour - no one did. I left another message with the service who said someone would call. No one ever called me. I think it’s disgraceful that a medical practice doesn’t call a patient who is BLEEDING. I will not be back.

The provider was good. I was able to ask for a full body exam. She asked me questions about moles and any concerns I had. She was open to my questions. She was kind and courteous. It was a fast appointment.

Nicolle was great— listened to my issues and provided clear well communicated answers. My only issue with this office is that the exam rooms have partially see through doors for some inexplicable reason…. Felt weird. Otherwise great visit! Hard to find a nice dermatologist but she was good!

Doctor was short, didn't take an in-depth close look at my skin, simply prescribed me medication, and didn't inform me of costs or copays. Not satisfied with the level of service as they charge a lot of money and the care is subpar.

I have been to this office a few times. ALWAYS nice people working there. The first few times I saw a few different doctors to treat me, but the last 5 rimes, or so that I've been treated here at Schweiger Dermatology in Forest Hills, it's been Nicole Finn. By far my favorite.
