Dr. Nika Jani, a Board Certified Internist, has devoted her career to providing the best and most complete Internal Medicine care for her patients since 2004. As the Director of One Care Medical, she continues to stay on the forefront of this vast specialty.
Dr. Nika Jani graduated with honors and obtained her Medical Degree in 1998. She completed her residency training at Drexel University’s Easton Hospital affiliate in Easton, Pennsylvania in 2006, and is currently licensed in the state of Virginia. As a resident she received multiple awards of excellence during her tenor. She is currently a member in good standing of numerous professional organizations including the American Medical Association, The American College of Physicians, and The Medical Society of Virginia. She is affiliated with all the major hospitals in the Northern Virginia region and has staff privileges at Potomac Hospital, Prince William Manassas Hospital, Reston Hospital, and INOVA Fair Oaks Hospital.
Dr. Jani possesses a unique vision for her practice. She realized early in her career that she wanted to be a physician who provides complete head-to-toe medical care while helping to prevent disease. She continues to employ traditional ideals of exceptional medical care by spending quality time with her patients and listening to their concerns; attributes that are lacking in today’s standard of care.
Having lived in Northern Virginia for most of her life, Dr. Jani was determined to start a medical practice that can provide end to end professional care to patients.
At One Care Medical, she makes it her priority to create an environment for patients where they can take comfort in knowing they have a primary doctor who cares for them both in and out of the office.

HORRIBLE experience. Staff is lacking common sense. I went in to get a simple physical and vaccination form filled out since I am going to be starting school. I needed titers as well. Receptionist was convinced I didn't. When I talked to the Dr. she said I indeed, did need titers. Now I know my TB tests always come up funky and I explained why. What did she do? Told me I had to go to a specialist even when my X-rays showed up clear, wasted my time (specialist told me I didn't have to be there), and charged me a ridiculous amount for just signing her name on sheets of paper. Months later, I get MULTIPLE letters saying I need to make a payment for my account and it's been late. I contact them letting them know I paid the balance months ago. Turns out they had 2 accounts for me and made me pay again.HORRENDOUS doctor!! AVOID!!

The nurses here were great and while Dr. Jani was friendly, I felt like I was in a PatientFirst, being rushed around and spoken to like a child. None of the questions I had were answered and my doctor showed visible frustration that I had fallen slightly behind on other visits. As I'm sure nobody else enjoys being judged or haggled when visiting doctors, I would definitely not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Jani was polite and listened to my concerns, did her assessment, and then explained the treatment. She seemed prepared to answer questions, but I did not have any. My visit was a positive experience and I will continue to use Dr. Jani as my new PCP.

Dr. Nika Jani seemed to be in a hurry to end my appointment as she didn't take the time to explain her findings. She had asked me to get get chest x-rays done, which I did, but never bothered to explain them to me on a follow up visit. I had to ask about them before she concluded my appointment.

Dr. Jani was very professional. Most doctors don't take the time to listen to everything you have to say, they listen enough to hear what they need to make a plan. Dr. Jani listen to me and adjusted her plan according to what worked best for me. I felt as if my health, needs and concerns were important; versus other doctors who look at you and see dollar signs.

Dr. Jani was pleasant, and very thorough. I had originally scheduled a physical, but got a sinus infection over the weekend. Dr. Jani shifted gears easily and took care of my sinus problem as well as setting the stage for the physical at a future date with the labwork already prescribed. Awesome doctor, I highly recommend her!!

It was my first visit at the clinic. I was seen right after checking in. The staff is extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. The time with the doctor was rather quick, but she listened to my concerns at took them serious. I have been back for a follow up and will definitely continue to come. It has been a pleasant experience so far and I would highly recommend the doctor and team.

Overall, very impressed. The wait was a bit long because something about them running behind behind because of a computer issue, but once I was back there, the doctor saw me very shortly after the nurse took vitals and such. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this office. The doctor seemed very caring and like she actually listened to what I was saying instead of writing me refills for the same prescriptions over and over like other doctors. The office environment is also very nice, very modern and very clean.
