Dr. Agarwal has been my primary care doctor since June 2015, and I could not be more pleased. I feel so lucky to have found a doctor who is highly skilled and compassionate. He really listens, and takes time to answer all my questions. Very rude, didn't provide any of the services I requested when I made the appointment. Refused to give a much needed referral for basic well woman care. Spent less than 2 minutes with me then rushed me out. Complete waste of time.
Office staff was very disorganized. I left disappointed and confused.

I felt very much at ease for a first meeting. He is kind, compassionate, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and he really listens. Since I first saw him in May, however, the main problem I have had is his availability to patients. All communication goes through the front office staff. That is pretty much expected these days, but I have had difficulty with the lines of communication from me to the office staff, to Dr. Agarwarl, and back to the office staff and then back to me. When I've asked a question, and they assure me they will call me back, I usually have to wait 3 days and then call them. The last time this happened I had to explain my question all over again after the initial call 3 days before. Once when I asked to have the doctor call me to talk about a test result, I was only able to talk to the assistant.
I do not wish to sound like I am finding fault with everything the front office staff does, because that is certainly not the case. They are all very kind, helpful, and efficient with making appointments, and during appointments, and also do everything they can to make you feel comfortable when you arrive at the office. If I can get this communication thing worked out everything will be great. Dr. Agarwal is so caring, and such a good doctor, that I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Overall, a decent experience. The professional and expedient staff (intake-receptionist and nurses) made up for his somewhat cold and rushed bedside manner. I didn't feel that he fully listened to my health concerns/needs, but he was professional. I haven't returned to this doctor, and don't plan on returning in the future. My previous roommate had the same experience with this doctor. However, he did have a much better experience with the female doctor at this location, and continues to see her.

He also knows urdu/hindi which is an added advantage for patients from India and Pakistan. I strongly recommend Dr Agarwal to my family memebers and friends.

He was very kind and polite. He did not rush, and listened to questions and answers. Front desk was kind, though the wait was longer than I expected considering the amount of reminders I received for the appointment. (I assumed they were tight on booking) I'm thinking this is rare, so next time will probably not be a wait.

Not thorough. Received an annual physical, and the physical had zero actual physical exam. Experienced a groin strain shortly after my visit, and because I had had no physical exam done, I had concerns of a hernia and had to see another doctor to verify that I didn't have something more serious at work. Was asked simply if I had any concerns, then told to get blood work. Surprised given the great reviews, but my experience was severely disappointing.

The only negative comment I have is that my wait time was 30-45 minutes each time I visited and I was the first patient of the day - the first person on the sign in sheet. Appointment at 8:00/8:15. For me, that is unacceptable.
Dr. Agarwal is nice and professional. He listens and has a good bedside manner. Love everything about the office except the wait time.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Agarwal and I could not have been more pleased. My doctor of 24 years recently passed away, so finding someone that was a good fit was a challenge. Dr. Agarwal was very patient and took all the time I needed to answer my questions. He is kind, compassionate, has a great beside manner, and a good sense of humor. He seems very competent and conscientious. He is easy to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. His nurse was very kind and polite, as was the entire front office staff. I feel very fortunate to have found this group, and I look forward to a long doctor-patient relationship.

He hasn't lost his passion for helping people like we sadly see so often with doctors.
