Great doctor! Dr Shah was very friendly and took his time. Sadly there was a bit of confusion with my appointment which contributed to the wait time but other than that it was a positive experience.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Buffalo, NY, Dr. Shah earned his bachelors at Cornell University. Dr. Shah went on to complete his medical education at St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies followed by a residency in Neurology at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York City. He spent an additional year in Fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh, before moving into private practice. Nilay currently lives in New York City, where he resides close to Central Park.
In his free time, Dr. Shah enjoys bicycling, skiing, swimming, SCUBA diving when he gets a chance, travel, having visited over 60 countries on every continent.

The wait time was way to long just for a five minute consultation. The doctor was very friendly on the bright side but other then that more focus was placed on the computer and or phone then the actual patient that took the time out to come visit the office at that time. Very clean and organized office. Overall pleasant environment to wait in just bad waiting time

I heard Dr Shah speak at a dinner and he has been the most impressive doctor since 2012. I was so impressed that I have left my doctor after 5 1/2 years. He is truly a man of his word with care concern and compassion. My comfort level with him was better on my first visit then my doctor a 5 1/2 years.
