“Overall, it can be difficult to get an appointment with a neurologist. I chose a doctor who was close and had flexibility in his schedule. The office staff was very friendly and clearly explained the process, including the need to schedule an MRI. I only waited about ten minutes to see the doctor, and he listened to my concerns and took them seriously. I also needed additional testing, which I was able to complete in the office on the same day as my visit...I was grateful I didn’t have to schedule another appointment. Scheduling my follow-up visit was also very easy. The doctor was thorough and knowledgeable.”

“My honest review upon arrival, office waiting room was full. Everyone was taken care of within exceptional time. My wait was reasonable and comfortable. The office staff was very friendly and clearly explained the process, including the need to schedule an MRI. The administrative office staff were disorganized and poor communicators. I spoke with them a few times prior to my appointment and on the day of as I was driving there they said they did not have my referral. They made ME jump through hoops to contact the dr as I drove the hour+ drive. When I arrived they were very aloof about it all.
