Dr. Dennis is a very nice lady and I'm glad that I have found her as my new OBGYN. I am a new patient hence the wait time was a little longer because I had to fill out paperwork etc. (wait time was around 30 minutes). Otherwise, it didn't take long to see her. She was friendly and I immediately felt comfortable around her. Highly recommend!

My visit with Dr. Dennis was fine. She is clearly a good doctor and knowledgeable. She addressed some items I knew needed to be discussed before I even asked.
However I am very very disappointed in her staff and the way her office is run. She ordered a urinalysis for a suspected UTI. Instead of providing actual specimen cups in the restroom, there were Dixie cups and a marker. I have very little confidence that the marker wrote well enough on the wax coating of the Dixie cup to keep my name visible. In addition, there is no lid for the Dixie cup so any contaminant could mix with the sample. After I left the sample in the restroom as instructed and asked if I should stay, the office staff said no and I left.
It has been 2 and half weeks and I still don't have the results of the urinalysis. I have called the twice; the first time although I was told somebody would return my call, nobody has. Yesterday I called again, and was told that the results were normal. I asked when the results had become available and was told they weren't. How can that be? After further conversation wherein I was told several times the results were normal and at the same time still not back from the lab, I finally was told that the test was done in the office with a simple dipstick and available within a minute of my providing the sample. I asked why wasn't I informed of this and told to stay and wait. they simply did not answer. Complete silence on the other end of the phone. I just ran a 10 day course of antibiotics, apparently for no reason. I am really unhappy with this situation and will not be returning to Dr. Dennis' office. Although I found her personable and easy to talk to, her staff and their incompetency has left me with little confidence. This was a simple urine test, what if it were something much bigger and more important.

Her staff is completely incompetent. They will not provide patients copy of forms you sign when i asked for.my copy i couldnt even.pay to get.a copy. After my appt the dr tried to tag tean me with her collegues to purchase sone amway type drink she says i needed it...what? I was assured and reassured they accept medicare as payment in full and im now being billed several hundred dollars. A

These kind of visits have the potential to be completely awkward. Finding the right one that knows how to make you feel at ease is the best. She was very comforting, supportive, and genuine. She responded to my inquiries with a completely unbiased medical opinion. I felt very relaxed with her and I plan on using her as my regular obgyn. ...?Relieved I stumbled upon her?...

Dr. Dennis was amazing! She took the time to talk to me through the difficulties I was having. I am definitely keeping her as my doctor. Her first receptionist was not so welcoming, but the one I encountered on the way out was super pleasant.
