What a great experience. Came here with terrible back pain that i have been experiencing for a month. The doctor was warm and really took the time to examine me. She reccomended an injection to decrease the inflammation. Her anesthesiologist gave me some medicine which made the injection completely pain-free. I felt better right away, and within a week my pain was completely gone. Would definitely recommend!

I don't look forward to having reasons to go tonher, but if those reasons arise, i look forward to being in her care.

The doctor was very nice, but it was clear she was treating me as a drug seeker (understandable - I am a new patient and drug seeking is extremely common in physical medicine). I was not offered any pain management, other than a steroid shot, which is unfortunately counter-indicated by another medical condition. For a similar reason I cannot take any pain medication other than Tylenol or prescription pain killers, so I have a complicated relationship with pain and would have appreciated a day or two of relief by way of a prescription. I very much appreciate her medical opinion and her choice to not prescribe pain medication, but I don't think I'll be returning in the future unless she were more open to pain management.
She was very kind and easy to talk to, and I did not mind at all that she was training another doctor who appeared to be on rotation or internship for specializing in physical medicine. They were very professional in this relationship and she ensured all of his methodology and conclusions were in concurrence with her own, so I was confident in the care I received.

Two years ago, I slipped and fell on the ice injuring my back. Despite seeing different doctors, and trying numerous treatments the pain was persistent and felt like it had taken over my life. A friend of mine recommended me to see a Mt. Sinai pain doctor that supposedly does "magic." When I called the number I was told she's now in private practice. I saw Dr. G several days ago and I am beyond pleased. She was the most thorough and in depth physician I have ever encountered. She explained to me how to best manage my pain and what the plan of care will be. We started by doing a procedure and its been a huge success so far. I feel like I'm getting my life back and I'm looking forward to working with Dr. G!

Three months ago, I developed neck pain after working out in the gym.The pain was disabling, burning and even traveling down my arm. It was there all the time and it interfered with my sleep, work and my life. After I saw Dr. G and got a neck injection done, the pain is almost completely gone.
