Very concerned with her patients. Is a careful listener to patient, speaks with respect at all times. Always takes her time to explain what she is doing, her finding. And how she will proceed with treatment. And always if the patient has any questions or concerns.

Dr. Ganeshalingam is great, although the office staff is very unorganized. Supplies were missing/taken from one of the procedure rooms, so the nurse had to search the office for them while Dr. Ganeshalingam and I waited. The staff also failed to contact my insurance company for pre-certification for an MRI; I called three times to check on the status of this and never heard back. I ended up cancelling the MRI and the follow-up appointments because of this. I will not be going back.

I was concerned about the wait time, but I waited all of 5 minutes, which is nothing. Dr. G was knowledgeable and took her time assessing me. I would recommend her to anyone needing evaluation for post concussion symptoms.

This doctor was very empathic and caring about my issue; she carefully explained her impression and the plan, and discussed different treatment options based on my personal needs.
