The office staff were fantastic and the check in was very quick, even being a new patient. The nurse who took my vitals and took down my records before Dr. Shah came in was extremely friendly and really fun and easy to talk to. When Dr. Shah came in, she was much less bubbly (not necessarily a bad thing), but she was very professional and seemed interested in doing her due diligence by going over everything I had already told the nurse. I thought she was very pleasant, rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had to pick a primary care physician for my insurance and picked her because she was close to my work and accessible on my lunch break for check ups, but I am glad that I did!

My third visit and a great experience as before. Every staff member is polite, friendly and professional. Dr Shah is a soft spoken, quiet demeanor physician with a lovely bedside manner. She listens to my concerns, offers suggestions and changes her treatment plan after discussing the pros and cons of each issue. I had blood work done and the phlebotomist in the office lab was very gentle and did a super quick procedure. Who could ask for more! So glad we found Dr Shah!
