Great visit. Haven't felt so welcomed at a Dr's office in quite some time. Office staff was great as well.

The doctor who saw me was good. The wait time was terrible. I had an appointment but I waited for more than an hour.

I was on time for my appointment and was Very upset it took over a hour to see a doctor. Especially was upset because it was only 4 people in the waiting room. While it was explained to me that the wait was due the stringent process of doing a double urine test it should have been better planned. No reason why one patient should hold up people with appointments for over a hour. If it was for my physician Dr. Daisha I would probably never return to this place again that is how badly I was upset. The Doctor himself was very warm, friendly and a utter professional.

I thought I was making an appointment to see Nina Cheung at 6:30 at her 95 Hudson St. location. When I went to 95 Hudson St. at 6:15, I found that it was a large clinic, not an office, which was not stated anywhere on ZocDoc.
When I asked to see Dr. Nina Cheung, I was informed that she was 'never here' at this time. They told me that it was stated somewhere on ZocDoc that the doctor I requested worked at a clinic and might not the individual who saw me. I have double-checked Dr. Cheung's profile on ZocDoc and the process of making an appointment with her through the ZocDoc UI, and have found this information nowhere.
The behavior of both Doctor Cheung and this clinic (Astrahealth Center) is highly unethical. I am considering reporting them to the NJ State Board of Medical Examiners.
