I wasn't satisfied with the wait time. My appointment for my child was at 9am (I arrived at 8:40) and didn't get called back until 9:20. To some, that may not be a long, but when you're a working parent, time is imperative. I had to get to work. They didn't even answer the phones or unlock the doors until 8 minutes fter their opening time of 9am. It is very frustrating when this was a well check up that should've taken 15 min or so!

The protocols were followed perfectly. The nurse Carmen was very professional during the whole process and showed her expertise. Dr Jorge listened and showed care and Dr Fornasini has been giving my teen good advice for 16 years.

They have done a great job continuing to see patients with the issues with the virus. Dr. Fornasini is very professional and never seems to be in a rush with my kids. Jorge his Physician Assistant is very knowledgeable and did a great job speaking with me about my kids before their annual check up with the Dr. Carmen, one of his nurses, was great as well. I sought out a Spanish speaking Dr. and office, as Spanish is my wife's first language. Now that I have found this bi-lingual office for my kids, I feel good about having Dr. Fornasini and his staff for my 3 children.

It was our first time at Dr Fornasini's office. I feel great about choosing him for my 3 children. Today was our oldest, and I will be following up with my other 2 in the next visit. My wife is a Spanish speaker, so the fact that the doctor and staff are bi-lingual was one of the reasons I chose this office. Dr. Forsasini is a wise man and has a calming effect on his patients.

Dr. Fornasini have been my child's pediatrician since he was born. He is a very good pediatrician and is always very assertive in his diagnosis. He is very compassionate and helpful with the children and provide a lot of helpful information to me as a parent.
