This was my first time there and it was the best doctor visit I have ever had in my adult life. The doctor and every person that work there was great! Everyone had a great, positive attitude. They made me feel at home, as if I have been visiting for years. They took their time to ensure all my test were done correctly. It was just the best experience ever from start to finish. I am most certainly going to make Dr. Nisreen Ezzi my new primary care physician.

The doctor was wonderful with nice bedside manners and her staff was very friendly. If you go in the morning there's a long wait. I had to come back in the afternoon when there weren't too many people.

my insurance was not updated so i ended up paying with a credit card that day. one month later i got called saying i never paid. I had my receipt of bill and offered to go show them. They then said they were putting it thru insurance and that it wouldnt have happened if i just paid my premium (bascially saying that my insurance lapsed because i didnt pay it) so i had my insurance call them up and explain to them that i always had insurance and it was just not updating the right way on my account. The dr is nice the office manager is so rude, so insulting i will never ever go back. ever!

After a long wait in extreme sickness, I was taken in and put through series of somewhat unrelated tests. It seems like the doctor was prescribing tests just for the heck of it. Some of them even she wasn't sure of and just added them anyway. I feel this is the reason why medical costs are through the roof in this country.
