It's impossible to get in contact with this office. They forward your call to a third-party representative. I had a televisit appointment at 2:45pm. The doctor was a no show. And yet, if you miss your appointment, they charge a no-show fee. I went last month for my visit and was not seen by the doctor. The nurse who was very nice did my blood work and since the doctor was a no show today, I still don't have my results, and I have never met this doctor. The office is clearly disorganized.

Very bad customer service! I did not actually get to see the doctor for my appointment. I needed an important document filled out as well as a checkup I never heard back or received results and when calling the facility the same person picks up but does not assist, very rude, and lies about reaching out to a manager

I had a doctor appointment here and it was great. They saw me quickly, sorted out my insurance, and the doctor was really nice - gentle, thorough, and warm. I've been on the lookout for a PCP for a while now, and stumbling upon this practice was a pleasant surprise. Despite its small size, the atmosphere felt familiar and welcoming. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'm grateful to have found such a wonderful healthcare provider. Highly recommended!

I was given EKG, Blood Work, Alergy Testing, in her office. I had to visit 3 seperate Doctors at Advantage Care. I would recommend this Doctor to anyone. It’s a small office, and you don’t have to wait hours .
