The treatment of Dr Masala was excellent and answered all my questions, also the person of the laboratory is very friendly.
I also think the receptionists could be more attentive and a little friendlier.

The nurse made sure I was in touch or made arrangements so that I could get the test were as I had been trying to get and appointment with hospital up north never was really given a time or day. But she worked it out was much appreciated!!

Dr. Serag is my primary care physician, while she was on vacation I had an urgent medical situation and called the office. Dr. Lasala saw me immediately and gave me the medical care I needed. He saved me. Not only is he a professional, he is very knowledgeable and caring to his patients.

Dr. Noel was great, it was the 2.5 hr wait that was not. I had an appointment but apparently they take walk-ins between scheduled appointments. I was also not happy that the nurse didn't listen to me about there being no generic for one of my prescriptions, so she gave up on updating the rest of my medications in the system and had the doctor do it. There was certainly plenty of time, they were extremely common meds, and doing this took up about half my visit with the actual doctor. All I needed was a flu shot and to have blood drawn. I had to wait so long that they didn't have time to draw blood and I have to go back. Hopefully next time I will not have to wait 2 and a half hours to be seen. This office was recommended to me by a friend who goes there often so I'm hoping my next visit will be more prompt.
