About Dr. Maxwell Arons
As a Family Medicine Physician, I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. I enjoy the full spectrum of Family Medicine, including annual wellness visits, management and prevention of chronic diseases, and acute care visits. I strive to develop a partnership with my patients and engage in shared decision making to create the most appropriate, individualized plan toward wellness. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed my Family Medicine residency at Presence Resurrection Medical Center. I also hold a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
