Noelle is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Dominican University. She also has two years of training in Culinary Arts as a Private Chef from Kendall College. Noelle has a passion for cooking and strongly believes that food and nutrition is the core of Functional Medicine, which addresses the patient as whole person, not just an isolated set of systems. Nutrition is all about finding the right way for each patient as individuals to eat by using food to maximize the potential for health and reverse dysfunction and disease. There is no single “right diet” that works for us all. Noelle is furthering her studies and currently taking courses to become a Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy, IFNA.
