My appt. with Dr Reid was great! She listened intently, and was very kind when asking questions. One thing that really stood out was that she asked if I would like to take medication, instead of writing up a prescription and sending me on my way. When I said I would prefer to only take medication if it were absolutely necessary, she offered alternatives that I felt more comfortable with!

Our Medical Director and physician on staff, Dr. Noelle Reid, is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician who completed her residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center and medical school training at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine (one of the top 10 medical schools in the nation by US News & World Report).
Dr. Reid is a native of Chicago and spent her summers during college as a health administrative intern at the US Department of Health & Human Services - Chicago Division. She worked as a patient advocate at Evanston Northwestern Hospital through the Institute for Diversity. After graduating, Cum Laude, from Spelman College, she joined AmeriCorps/I Have A Dream Foundation, working in Los Angeles coordinating an after-school program that aided in tutoring elementary students in reading and math, instructed students in dance, and helped to develop and implement a Summer Arts & Science Enrichment program.
Dr. Reid was a trained dancer prior to medical school and knows firsthand the importance of healing through a holistic approach by focusing on all elements of the individual body, mind, and spirit for one inevitably affects the other.
"It was my dream, at an early age, to be a physician, in order to serve and educate the community in which I treat. It is now my goal to not only provide this service, but to do so in an environment that is inviting and comfortable, and allows for all of my patients to look, feel, and live healthier lives."

For my 1st visit at Trinity, I actually met with her PA who went through a series of tests with me. Her bedside manner was professional and kind, but she seemed a little nervous at times. For my follow-up appointment, I met with Dr. Reid. She was incredibly kind and understanding of the issues I was dealing with. She didn't make me feel rushed and she spent the extra few minutes with me to explain my results and how to continue getting better and stronger. She feels genuine in her demeanor, which is something I value in a physician. I definitely would recommend her to any of my friends!

Dr. Reid is really great! I was a little put off when I walked into the waiting room, wasn't acknowledged, then two other people stepped in behind me and they were both greeted before me. Everyone was nice once they started talking to me, so I was fine after a few minutes of interaction. I also haven't gotten my test results back and it has been over a week, but I had a lot of tests run, so maybe that's the reason :-) All-in-all, I had a great experience and will be going back :-)

I loved the atmosphere & location. The front desk staff was friendly even though there was construction taking place and banging directly underneat their desk. Very professional young ladies. I saw the PA which was no problem at a. She was a bit rushed; the office may have been busier when I came. However she was friendly and interactive. I would certainly recommended them to anyone looking for a dr's office with a cozy upscale energy...that accepts Medi-Cal! lol I love that part! Not everyone receiving government assisted healthcare wants to be seen in the hood (& I'm from the hood!)

This was my first visit with Dr. Reid. I found both her and her staff to be professional and friendly. I wasn't sure what to expect as the office itself contains a more holistic approach to health, advertising yoga, pilates, etc. However, my physical was standard/textbook and it was like any other well-run physician's office. Would highly recommend.

I felt like Dr. Reid listened well to my issues, and offered me some appropriate options for treatment. Dr. Reid was just what I was looking for in a GP out here in LA. I loved my doc back home and was nervous I would never find another great one like her. Dr. Reid was kind and courteous and answered all of my questions. She was quick to take care of my needs, and was on the same page as me when it came to my health. While this was my first visit and more of a quick check up sort of thing, she talked to me about my concerns and left me feeling very confident in my health and in my choice of a new doctor. I'm so glad I found her!
The building the office is located in is a bit shabby but the actual office is nice. The wait was about an hour but I was also a first time patient and had to fill out all of the paperwork on my arrival. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful.
