The lady spent three minutes on me and didn’t even look at when I came in for but I was too nervous to say anything so I literally paid a copay for nothing. ? It was ridiculous I had to pay another copay to go to ANOTHER DERM, Seriously.

Waited more than half an hour and she never called me, receptionist seemed confused like she didn’t work there. Very dissatisfied and disappointed and they made me pay my insurance copay before the appt. Feel scammed.

Office was incredibly nice and clean. They do not offer Pap smears though (what my appointment was for) so would be great if ZocDoc removed this office from OBGYN searches. Doctors were very thorough and accommodating though! Will definitely come back for annual physical or other primary care needs.
