I was very impressed for my first visit. I was ushered into an exam room at the exact time of my appointment and at no time did I feel like I was "just another patient". Dr. Barrera came highly recommended and I can clearly see why. She and her staff are to be commended for their excellent attitudes and care.

Dr. Noellemarie Barrera is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, and is a Certified Menopause Practitioner with the North American Menopause Society. Dr. Barrera was very personable and very attentive. I was a little disappointed at the end because I asked how much a co-pay would be for blood work and I think they forgot about me. The nurse was supposed to find out from the front desk. I waited approx 20-30 minutes and was never told. I ended up going to the front desk to check out and they appeared to be unaware of the request. So, I left without getting any blood work done or finding out if there would be a co-pay. I will go back because I really liked the doctor, but if there's another mishap at the front desk, I wouldn't go again.

The front desk people were very unprofessional. Checking texts and not very friendly. The only one who was nice was Chelsea. They need to be more organized and take time to serve the customer. The office was run down and seemed disorganized....
I was also asked to reschedule my appointment after going online at Zocdoc to schedule and fill out papers. Then they asked me the same questions again when I got there. They never reviewed the info I took time to fill out on line.
