Yes, I would differently go back that was by far the best experience that I have ever had at any medical facility, Urgent Care are Doctors office, or any hospital that I have ever been to period.
The staff was friendly and professional, The wait was just a few minutes.
The had tissue, masks, and water in the waiting room, the nurse and doctor the best, they where pleasant and listen carefully, I felt like they really cared about me.
The nurse did my blood pressure twice to make sure it was consistent I appreciated that, she ask the right questions.
The doctor was just as attentive she listen then she went over the findings from the chest x-ray and from our prior discussion and sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy. I will highly recommend this particular urgent Care. This location is manage well and you can see it the moment you walk in, THANKS FOR THE GREAT CARE YOU GAVE ME.

My name is English, I stopped at the urgent care, around 1:30, on my way home, from a Funeral. I was told, by front desk, they couldn't give me a later appointment. So I said I'll go home and make the appointment. She said, I could do that. My appointment was for 3:30. I arrived at 3:10 I was discharged at 6:00, after asking one of the nurses had they forgot about me. I had conversations with some people, in the waiting area, that came in after me, but they left before me. What good does it do to go online, pick a time slot, and end up there for almost three hours? As many times as me and my wife have been to urgent care, we have never been there that long. Would this have been acceptable to you?

Booking my appointment with DocZoc was convenient. While I’m not certain if the staff at Piedmont Urgent Care could locate my appointment on their system, the front desk and medical staff were exceptionally professional. The facility is clean and conveniently located, making it a great choice for me. I’ll definitely use Piedmont Urgent Care in Fayetteville again in the future.
