Well she wasn’t able to care for my needs. On the app it asked me what I was needing to be seen for. But when I arrived, she was not able to do that. So the app was a little misleading. The Dr. was very nice and professional. Good bedside manner. However, I did not agree with all her suggestions. I was not able to pick up my RX today because the number of dosages was not written on the script.
Overall, Great great experience and I appreciate the professionalism.

She seemed to critical of my breakfast meal. Didn't comment on my low sodium as my previous doctor. Did answer my question on whether I could get a back belt. I wasn't informed of what date to return or given a choice to schedule a return visit with my daughter.We we're given two separate. This difficult without a car.

She definitely has great bedside manners and her staff is great! However I had to wait a little more than 2 hours to get seen. I was told she was extremely busy due to another physician being out of the office all week long.
Suggestion: Maybe in the future if her partner is going to be out all week and she is left alone to see patients, perhaps her schedule needs to adjusted to only see a certain amount of patients in the am and pm. This could possibly cut down the enormous wait time!

After I waited over an hour after my appointment time when she came in she was very dismissive and told me she could only take care of one thing that was wrong with me and only spend 10 min with me, she stated if I had more things wrong I would have make another appointment and it would be a 2 month waiting period because she was already booked up. I left feeling just as bad as I felt coming in with no relief in sight because she never even looked at my sore throat or ringing ears.

Dr Vasquez is a very friendly person. She seems to care for the people that she treats. She listens closely and offers suggestions to help with your progress. I have a back injury that has progressively gotten worse as nature takes her course, Dr Vasquez recommended some stretching exercises that have helped tremendously. I really would recommend her to other patients that want a genuine doctor.

The extended wait time on this occasion is NOT a reflection on Dr. Vasquez in any way, shape or form. The flu season is upon on and, of course, all doctors and staff are busy with the high influx of treatments. In addition, on this occasion, a new computer program was introduced which required a full staff meeting, delaying opening of the facility for 2 hours -- and the bunching up of patent appointments right at the beginning of the day... the place was swamped! I think Dr. Vasquez moved seamlessly thru every patient's needs without sacrificing quality diagnosis or treatment.

Clinic rooms are too small. Nursing staff was not friendly at all. Nurses should be role models. Front desk ladies were helpful. Waiting time was ridiculous!

She was very nice and attentive seemed concerned about the issue. Only issue is after the visit I was suppose to see a specialist and nothing ever happened. Her secretary never sent out the forms I'm still waiting for the specialist and they never kept in contact about it.
