Paperwork for new patient was extensive and repetitive. Then someone sits down with you and ask some of the same questions again. The doctor was great, good bedside manner, direct, personable, caring.

The office in Pacoima looked very old and needs total renovation.The waiting hours is really long. Dr Salceda is very nice as well as her office staff.I like that she sees patients in her office on weekends.I used ZocDoc to make an appointment,user-friendly and very convenient.

I would never recommend this office to anyone. Their office staff is completely incompetent. I have called five different days, each person telling me they will call back by the end of the day, and I have NEVER ONCE received a call back. No one ever went over my results with me, and now that I have switched doctors, it is impossible to get my medical records and results. The office staff is so rude.
On top of that, when I did visit this office, I waited for hours to be seen and the dr saw me for less than five minutes, absolutely unconcerned about my issues. This office should be shut down. You can see so many awful reviews on yelp for this office. Definitely look at those reviews!!! Some are horrific.

Terrible . My appt was at 245 & at 4 o clock I just left . Not only was I waiting ALONG time but they didn't even have a ultrasound at there office , you have to get referred everytime . Smh ..... Will never return .

Her treatment facility was ok, her staff was friendly and she was as well however she does infuse her religious views into her options for you especially when it comes to the family planning area.

Dr. Norma Salceda is pretty good just by herself but as a whole Dr's office not so much. The staff are not the friendliest and act like you are bothering them. On 2 consecutive appointments the nurse said Dr. Salceda was out delivering a baby so you will need to reschedule. This is after I waited in the waiting room for over an hour, that they decided to tell me she wasn't coming in. I had to play phone tag with the practitioner just to get my results. Anyway I switched doctors.

She tried to get me to agree to surgery, wouldn't take the time to explain WHY she wanted to immediately jump into cutting me open. She instead threw some generic one sheets at me and told me to look on webMD!! She would never give me any info over the phone and would just try to squeeze every dime out of visits, tests, SURGERY!! Worst doctor I've ever been to.

Dr. Salceda rushed through my appointment. I had a lot of questions for her and she didn't listen to anything I was saying/asking. I have had some serious medical issues that I believe to have been made worse by certain birth control methods, but when I tried discussing them with her she blew it off as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I know my body better than she does, and it was frustrating that she would not take the time to listen and help me resolve my questions/problems. I would not recommend her if you're going for more than just a routine check up.

The two times I've been to see Norma, the wait has been over an hour. She seems to frequently get held up or have a late start to the day, which is completely understandable. However, when it came time to see her, I felt like she was trying to get me out as soon as possible without answering my questions clearly or providing me with answers or check up I was looking for.

I had a great visit with Dr Salceda. She was quick & thourogh. I only read other reviews from other websites AFTER my visit & was surprised to see all of the negative reviews. Now I'm second guessing and am wondering if I made the right decision.
