Prior to residency at North Shore University Hospital-Long Island Jewish Hospital (Northwell Health), Dr. Moore completed medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He earned his Masters degree in Medical Sciences with emphasis in Neuroscience from Boston University School of Medicine, graduating with honors. Additionally, Dr. Moore graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Neuroscience. He is a member of the American Medical Association.

This is the most incompetent medical office that I have visited. The doctor himself was nice enough and he agreed to prescribe 2 medications. He called later in the day to say that they are having issues with their prescription system and would do it Monday. On Monday, only one prescription is called in and it's wrong type! And they never prescribed the other medication at all! I called thrice over 2 weeks but they said they will get back to me each time but never did. Awful awful awful! Avoid this practice, if you can.
