I was able to get labs done on Sunday and the next day I got my results. Great place to get std/sti testing during the weekend while other city funded locations provide services only Monday - Friday (nothing wrong with that - I’m just busy during the week). No excuse not to get tested and check on your sexual well being.

The entire staff was courteous and professional and helped to minimize the stress that is often associated with urgent care visits. Wonderful and convenient that it was a full service urgent care facility (including x-rays) that was open during hours and on days that are fitting for urgent care.
"Hidden" gem that I have already started to share with others.

Went in for a visit today after having a positive Covid test with symptoms (cough, runny nose, sore throat, chills, and body aches). It was a horrible experience!!! Was seen by Dr. Connel, she asked me why I came into the clinic if I am COVID positive and stated I should be isolating. I wore a mask upon entering the clinic and just tested positive 2 hours prior at home. She told me that I was exposing everyone and putting them at risk and that I needed to wear a N95. She then proceeded to ask staff to find me an N95, which they didn’t have. I told her that I had a bad cough w/ yellow mucus, chest tightness when coughing and a runny nose. She then told me that they don’t prescribe medication for COVID. I then REQUESTED to be treated with albuterol and Guaifenesin for my cough, she then told me that those medications weren’t for COVID but for wheezing and asthma so I didn’t need it. After asking repeatedly, she then agreed to send the albuterol. She then walked out shaking her head.

Horrible horrible horrible. Lady at the front desk is snotty. Told me they would call in my perscription and NEVER did. When I called and asked them, they told me to try again tomorrow because they couldnt help now. Was NEVER able to get anyone on the phone after that.

Overall the experience was really good. Very efficient, clean office, easy process. They had a monitor indicating status of your appointment which was really appreciated. The nurse was really nice, the doctor was really personable. Felt extremely comfortable
