Horrible office wasn't aware of my appointment had to fill out forms and was left sitting close to an hour before anyone looked at form and asked for Id and insurance no straight answer as to how much longer sat there for another hour and nothing office person was too busy with others anymone who walked in before or shortly after had already been seen as was one or two others who walked in much later. After a total of 2 frustrating hours no answers no one to talk to I left unseen .If one is not black or a mini emergency don't bother going in this was 2 and attempt first time office was also not aware Got there 5 min before my appointment and was told could no longer be seen even though noone else was there etc. office is uncaring somewhat ignorant etc. service is poor!

In getting expert medical advice with care for the patients immediate need I highly recommend Modern Physicians Services MD- Flatbush. From the point of entry to the greeting from all staff a person that is not well is made to feel cared for, seen, and heard.

The doctor was extremely attentive and actually listened to me. She helped me tame a skin problem I've been dealing with for almost a year when other doctors simply told me that it was caused by an allergy. Thank you for finally listening and getting me the help that I've been advocating for.
