There was basically no wait time - thank you! Dr. Litchfield’s bedside manner was fantastic, answering sensitive and somewhat uncomfortable questions with compassion and friendly matter-of-factness. This will be my go-to spot for future needs.

The doctor that saw me was very kind, a great listener, and great communicator. The desk staff was also the nurse that took my vitals, and she was not very friendly and seemed impatient when I didn't understand her questions.

Our baby had a fever of 102. Alarmed, we booked with urgent care however, there was no urgency. We came 30 minutes early to our appointment to fill out paperwork. Somehow we ended up waiting over 1.5 hours after our booked time. Apathetic

First of all, the nurse who took my vitals did not verify my name and did not close the door for patient’s privacy. She also mistaken me for another patient and asking me what is the injury when I went there because of a pregnancy test. She also gave me a specimen cup for my urine with no label at all. And when I used the restroom and supposed to put it in its designated place, there was another person’s specimen that was in there. The physician however is professional. She verified my name, date of birth, and closed the door for privacy.
