I will never go back here. I made an appointment for 1:45 and didn’t actually see a doctor until 3. There were two other patients waiting to be seen and no one was in any kind of hurry or at all apologetic for making everyone wait. As far as I could tell, they just hate where they work and could care less about the patients. The doctor had not secured the earpiece to the flashlight so it kept coming loose inside of my ear, to which he would jam the pointed end deeper into my ear. My son gets a lot of ear infections and we have to come here because it’s the only place open on the weekends, but I will never come here again.

Now medical is a good place to come see doctors they listen they're concern they make sure they take care of you and the timely fashion they handle you a Grace they even call and check on you I will recommend this medical center to everybody what a phenomenal office nice clean phenomenal team everybody is friendly. After being seen by the first Nurse, I was told that the Doctor would be back in 2 or 3 minutes. I waited over an hour - I had to go out and ask if anyone was coming back. 15 more minutes and another Nurse came in and told me nothing the first person didn't.
The staff were nice enough but they seemed like they were still working out the kinks in their process. The place was empty and I was in there for almost 2 hours to be told I had a cold?

So I was going through insufferable ongoing back pain. This was actually my 2nd time going for the same problem. Being that wasn't getting better, I asked for a pain shot. The PA only gave me a referral for Xrays and MRI. So I walked in with pain and left the same way. I would never recommend this place. Nor would I ever return.

The experience was quick, went super well, and the NP was great. The experience with the nurse who checked my vitals was a little weird, they came in with a person who was training. The nurse was amazing, but the trainee just had a bit of an unprofessional vibe that was weird and a little off-putting. Wouldn't stop me from visiting again, it was just strange.

During my walk-in emergency appointment, I immediately felt cared for and informed by the various folks on staff at the Nao Clinic in Williamsburg. My experience was hassle-free and I will be continuing my care with them going forward. The staff present during my visit from the reception (Dalvis) to the medical team (Dr. Priti / Queen / Kai) made it all the better.

They didn’t send a referral to the place where I was going to get the scan and gave me incorrect instructions to schedule the appt by calling my insurance company. They didn’t upload any of our visit to the portal so I didn’t have access to my records. Overall, it was super frustrating experience with no follow through and no way to get in touch directly with someone who could help me.

Had a great experienced at Nao Williamsburg! Made the appointment that morning and was able to find a time right away. The facilities are modern and clean and I liked the space. I saw the provider, was assessed promptly and thoroughly, and left feeling much better about next steps. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the nurse who did my intake was a bit fast and I felt a bit rushed providing answers.

Absolutely useless, unprofessional and incompetent.
Do not waste your money.
Would give a 0 star rating if I could.
Paid for a blood test nearly a month ago, and none of their staff are able to help help with getting the results. They never call back when they say they will, and getting to speak to someone on the phone is nearly impossible.
Waste of time and money at this circus.

I showed up on time, and the place was closed with the lights off and nobody there even though it says they are open online. Be careful if you make an appointment without calling!

The staff at front desk were the best I’ve ever interacted with for a doctors visit! However the provider was sloppy and inattentive, and didnt give me a lot of advice nor enough medicine to treat my condition. I had to go to another doctor to get my condition fully sorted out. I will not go back because of him.

Hey There!
The provider wasn't there and neither were any medical professionals. I was told an assistant was on their way but that I would need to be seen by a doctor virtually. I waited about 30 minutes but there was no ETA for any medical professional so I went and scheduled an appointment with NYU instead.

I was not made aware before my appointment that the clinic was only taking virtual appointments. So, although the receptionist was friendly and hospitable I was not able to be seen for an urgent medical condition. I ended up going to a different clinic.

My medical condition/history and input were all taken by an agent remotely via zoom before my appointment took place. It was very hard to hear/understand the questions that were coming through.
The nurse practitioners that saw me were incredibly helpful and friendly, that was the highlight of my visit.
The staff at the front desk were stand offish and rude, not helpful.
Would not return.
