I walked into her office after calling multiple times when they were open but I kept getting the answering service. The day before my water looked like coffee. The following morning, the town told me the water was ok and itwas clear. When I got in the bath, I felt like my skin was on fire. I got out immediately and my face was red an swollen. My throat was sore and my I felt terrible with. a headache. The answering service to go right away to her office. I did. The front desk staff asked me if I took Benadryl. I showed them a picture of what the water looked like. Another staff member came out and asked them, how I got into the office because they were at lunch. They went and asked the doctor and they told me she would see me the next day. On my initial visit, she told me if I ever had an emergency, she would take care of me. The staff told me, "You understand, we aren't refusing you treatment. We will see you tomorrow." They went on to complain about their answering service. I never sent an emergency patient away in my dental clinic! Not once! I certainly didn't need a lecture from a receptionist how to handle the situation. And I believe, because I'm from the South, they treated me different, like I'm unintelligent! My first visit with her was really great. She was very nice. What happened?

She was very nice, friendly, and down to earth. I was very comfortable and content with the doctors appointment when I'm not usually comfortable with doctors.

I felt she was rushing, and did not even smile, or say goodbye after my visit. I have worked in the nursing field for 16 years, and really thought she could have been more friendly, compassionate, and understanding with my questionsand concerns. Other than that, staff was excellent. Will be staying with her until I can get into another Dr. through U Mass.

The initial visit was okay, except that the office policies for prescription medications was not communicated effectively.
Attempts to follow up with my care, order prescription refills, and obtaining referrals to specialists was so poorly executed as to border on negligent.
I would NEVER refer anyone to this practice.

The wait time was short however most of the staff was unpleasant. The secretarial staff were quick to gossip about other patients that were previously on the phone. The doctor herself seemed annoyed by entire visit. She did not care forthe fact that I didn't know my full family and vaccination history inside and out, and that I was 21 - the age you must start pelvic exams and Pap smears. She did not have warm greeting or stronger handshake, but rather a look of lets get this over and done with. I felt unwelcome, and will continue on my search for a better health care provider.

There was an issue with the prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy, however Dr. Ishaque promptly resolved the issue from her home, so that I was able to get my script that day.
