I was surprised with how easy and fasty visitors was! I got there early to fill out paperwork; turned it in and was seen within minutes. Got an X-ray done in office and the Doctor came in to discuss my results immediately. The office nurses/assistants were really nice and helpful too! :)

Dr. Nrupa Shah is warm, welcoming, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She is non-judgemental and is straightforward in her approach to treatment. I felt very welcome and I thought she handled the appointment in an extremely professional manner, maintaining patient-doctor boundaries without trying to intrude on my personal life. She explained to me in great detail and with illustrative metaphor what is going on with my feet and offered treatments on the same appointment and even scheduled a prompt follow-up to ensure that I am taken care of. Her office is tidy and well-organized. Her staff were also warm, courteous, and helpful. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Shah was a true professional with a very pleasant demeanor. She did not rush through the examination and explained everything.
On the other hand, outer office could use some improvements, made me wait over an hour in spite of making an appointment a week before! Pateints who came much (30 min) later than me were attended to before me.

Dr. Shah was kind, knowledgeable and patient with me. She took her time and made sure all my questions were answered. She didn't rush me into a decision but was willing to perform the procedure right then and there. On top of that, she took every precaution to make sure I was comfortable and that the procedure was as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend!
