My first visit with Dr. Lwin was excellent. I found her on ZocDoc because my original PCP at this office had left the practice. I was unsure if I'd stick with Dr. Lwin as I was trying to locate my original PCP, but after my thorough visit with Dr. Lwin, I will definitely stick with her. I highly recommend.

Dr. Lwin has such wonderful bedside manner. I really felt like she was patient with me and spent the time to explain everything in detail. I was not rushed out the door at all, which was so refreshing. Also, you have the option to have everything in digital format, even your test results. That's the benefit of being under the Cornell umbrella.

She really took her time to listen to all my symptoms. I also liked that she didn't jump into prescribing antibiotics right away. Her bedside manners were excellent. Front desk staff was nice and helpful as well.
