I wouldn’t recommend this place. Everything was fine until I asked for my test results. I’ve been getting the run around for weeks and it’s getting concerning. It feels like they either don’t have my results at all or they’ve misplaced them or didn’t order the tests entirely because they won’t release them or give me a reasonable explanation for why they aren’t here.

Overall great first appointment - easy check-in and friendly staff. Dr. Ogo listened to my concerns and was clear about the options available, without making me feel pressured to make a decision that I wasn't fully comfortable with. Will defenitely be coming back!

The Pap Smear was really painful and I've never felt that much pain and pressure ever in my cervix when applying the instrument. The inception was ruff and I was not lubed correctly in my vaginal area prior to the incertion. I will never go back to that NP again. I hesitated from leaving a review at first but I don't want another female to expect what I experienced today. I will have to get a new NP/ OBGYN Physician.

I waited exactly 1 minute to be called in even tho I showed up very early to my appointment. My doctor recognized me from my last visit (this is my second time seeing her) and complimented my top. I left 10 minutes after I got there but all my concerns were acknowledged and meds were prescribed to help.

I was seen immediately after check-in by the nurse and the entire staff was kind and attentive. Ogo really took her time with my concerns and explained everything as she went.
