“My husband and I saw Savita Sukha today for my return back to annual exams after a few delinquent years (and some pre-conception talk) and BOY do I feel like we hit the Gyno-Lotto! Savita breezed in and thwarted any tension I had immediately. Her care and personality (= bedside manner) was 11/10. I felt listened-to, really heard and excited for our reproductive future thanks to her excellent care. The office was clean, pretty and the staff that assisted me were lovely as well. Could not be more impressed with my new gynecology office. A GEM!”

The doctor was very friendly but seemed rushed, spent less than 10 mins with me, said they would send me some link for testing but haven't received it, probably forgot since they were moving quickly. the office is old, cluttered and dirty. The staff called me 4 times before my appointment to get a card on file. Their booking website and their emails are also outdated and hard to navigate. The front desk books your appt for a set time but then the actual appointment is 5-10 minutes earlier (I booked for 3pm they showed me as 2:50). will not go back for my future preventative exams

While the appointment went fine, I would say the doctor didn’t have the best bedside manner. Working with women’s health it’s a sensitive subject, and she didn’t seem very keen on guiding me through anything I had to ask multiple times what was happening before she told me. I understand that my appointment was in the end of the day, but it still a sensitive medical appointment that deserves a little more care ?
