She has a firsthand understanding of depression, ADHD, and postpartum challenges, which allows her to meet patients with empathy and insight. Olga's approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic, grounded in the belief that healing begins in a space where people feel safe to be fully themselves. She is especially attuned to life transitions, trauma, family dynamics, and the subtle ways past experiences show up in the present. Having immigrated to the U.S. alone at 19 and later helped her family relocate from Russia, she understands the resilience it takes to start over and the emotional toll that can come with it.
