When in need of psych attention, I can only think of Olusola Olagbami, APRN. She meets all my needs. Her expertise and strong knowledge base mixed with great clinical common sense is rarely found elsewhere.
She is calm, quietly contemplative, and thinks things through carefully when she attends to patients and her soft communication words heal
of course, I have no reason to discontinue visiting her when i have to. She remains my Provider. Thank you

Wonderful when on the video call, but impossible to get follow up appointment or contact. Was told at the conclusion of my first video visit that I was booked for a follow up for a date and time we agreed on, only for that date to roll around and I don't have an appointment. Frustrating as I have to work around my job/ other responsibilities to fit in my appointments as is, just to have to call the office wondering why I never received an appointment link or anything. This situation happened 3 times and resulted in me being out of medication many times. I should not have to hound the office or provider for my appointment. Final straw was reaching out regarding a need for an emergency refill for my antidepressants and being ghosted once more.
