Hello! Thank you for visiting You First Telehealth and taking the time to learn more about our practice. At You First, your mental health, physical health, and well-being are our priorities. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, a Master’s in Family Nursing from Chamberlain University, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Maryville University. My goal as your provider is to give you my undivided attention, listen to you, understand you, empathize with you, and assist you in achieving your optimal state of well-being. Here, you won’t be just another number. Each visit will be with me, with no time spent in a crowded waiting room.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I try to employ good listening skills, empathy, compassion, understanding, kindness and patience to provide a wholesome experience for you. I also try to encourage autonomy and focus on solution-based models.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
As a provider, my typical work process entails assessments, diagnostics, treatments and evaluations. For same day appointments, please allow 15 minutes from the start of the appointment to complete all the necessary documents required for the session.
