Dr. Rivera entered into a reconstructive foot and ankle surgical and sports medicine fellowship under the guidance of the renowned Dr. Lowell Scott Weil.
Dr. Rivera graduated from his fellowship in 1995.
Dr. Rivera is Board Certified by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
He is a member of The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons as well as the Texas Podiatric Medical Association and American Podiatric Medical Association.
