About Dr. Brian Conley
Brian Conley, DPM, is an exceptional podiatrist at Foot and Ankle Specialists of The Woodlands in The Woodlands, Houston, and Huntsville, Texas.
Dr. Conley grew up in Boise, Idaho. While in high school, he found a mentor in his family podiatrist, who encouraged him to pursue his aspiration to become a healthcare provider. After graduating high school, Dr. Conley moved to Fortaleza, Brazil, for two years. During that time, he decided to follow the example of his mentor and become a podiatrist.
Upon returning to the United States, he attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he met his wife, Kira. In 2009, he graduated from BYU with a degree in Exercise Science. After completing his undergraduate degree, he and his wife moved to Chicago, Illinois, to begin his podiatric training at The Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Conley completed a three-year residency program at The Jewish Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He served as chief resident and received extensive training with an emphasis on advanced foot and ankle trauma, rearfoot reconstruction, and forefoot surgery.
Dr. Conley finds joy in helping patients solve their foot and ankle problems to improve their quality of life.

Was hoping I could prevent ingrown toenail “surgery” and the need to get a shot in my toe (as my previous experience on the same toe, with a different doctor, was very unpleasant)! Dr. Conley was able to relieve the soreness and pressure without having to give me the shot!! He also cut and filed the rest my toenails when I told him that I am 79 and have a 40 degree back scoliosis and have trouble grooming them myself!

What a nice office! I was greeted when I walked in the door. I used Zocdoc to book the appointment so they had all my info already so I had no paperwork to fill out. I was quickly escorted to the back to get X-rays followed by seeing Dr. Conley. He came in and listened to my issues and gave me some possible solutions. I was in and out of his office within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend him to others!

Dr. Conley and his staff were all wonderful. Each step of my visit was organized and on time. Dr. Conley took the time to listen to all my comments and questions and answer them. There was no pressure for unnecessary procedures or follow up visits. The office is clean and organized and welcoming. A great experience from start to finish!
