In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
Being the first point of contact for patients, i see my role as helping to address and manage acute and chronic conditions. My role is to reduce the rates of hospitalizations and improve my patients' outcomes.
