After my last physician, she was a breath of fresh air. She LISTENS. She understands the realness of life and gets how one may or may not be at 100% all the time. Alternative ideas other than prescribing medicine. She’s done a great job so far.

Doesn’t pay attention and misses medications that she verbally says she will send but doesn’t several times. Only wants to have us come in and bill insurance to get more copays and waste more time. Don’t go here.

I was really disappointed with my visit with Osarugue Aigbogun, NP. I came in with specific concerns and I felt dismissed and not heard. I brought up one of my main concerns and the history I've had with it and the on and off pain I've had in that area and she said I'm fine and not to worry about it if there is no consistent pain. With my other concern, she didn't look at the issue and just prescribed me an ointment. After the visit I didn't feel right or comfortable and booked an appointment with another provider. With the different provider at a different clinic, she listened to my concern, suggested an ultrasound to be safe since I mentioned my history with it, and turns out I have something going on and it's gotten bigger. Osarugue Aigbogun, NP needs to listen to patients complaints and not assume everything is okay.

She was the sweetest! The nurse that seen me before the doctor was also very sweet and listened to all of my concerns. The lobby wait time was quick and most documents could be done on your phone. When I finally made it into the exam room Dr. Aigbogun was super polite, answered all of my questions and knew her stuff! 10/10 recommend and look forward to seeing her again soon if I happen to need anything!
