Dr. Hernandez is extremely intelligent and patient and wise. He does not follow the normal stereotype of a doctor. He gives you all options that have clinically worked as well as alternative medical options if you choose, without forcing them on you. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely 300% awful. No communication from the office. I left 6 voicemails and had to reschedule 2 times because nobody would confirm any details about how to see the doctor by returning my call. You have to see this doctor in person, apparently, which I found out the day of my last appointment by someone finally answering the phone. As a result I have now been withdrawing from my 9 prescriptions for two weeks while waiting for an appointment with a new doctor. This has made my life h**l. DO NOT TRUST this office. It’s absolutely inconsiderate trash.

The parking situation was confusing and when I called for better directions the receptionist was quite rude. Then when I came to my appointment I had to wait AN HOUR before I was seen by the nurse. Then again I was led to another room to wait while the doctor went to take a 15 min PHONE CALL. When I was finally seen the doctor seemed uninterested in my reason for coming and started recommending and prescribing me medications. I came in to do hydro colon therapy and was adamant about having it done yet I was ignored by the doctor and lied to by the receptionist when I asked about it. I also asked to have some insurance things emailed to me and it has been a week with no email! Very frustrating meeting. I felt judged and like I was being forced to start medications (even when I said I didn’t want to)! Would NOT recommend!

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Hernandez for an ENT concern, but it quickly became clear that he’s more than just a specialist—he’s an outstanding physician all around. The visit was completely serendipitous, but I was so impressed by his thoroughness, attentiveness, and professionalism that I’m now planning to switch to him as my primary care doctor.
I currently use UHealth Concierge, which has a very high standard of care—but to be honest, Dr. Hernandez exceeded even that. I felt truly seen and heard as a patient, which is rare these days.
I highly, highly recommend him.

Dr. Hernandez took his time questioning me about what was happening in my life and with my health. He made suggestions and recommendations about how we needed to proceed to accomplish the health goals I needed to set for myself. He provided information for me to use to make appointments with other providers to get tests to help ascertain the medical questions that we had.

Oof. Great doctor but you need to know what you’re getting into here.
The staff was… appalling. After 30min in the waiting room, another patient there said her appointment was an hour ago and she still hadn’t been seen. I took time off work for this appt, so I asked the receptionist if she had an estimated wait time, so I could let my work know. She seemed offended I was asking and she told me she had no idea about the wait time.
About 20 minutes later (50min past my appointment time) I was finally called back by a medical assistant. She said three things to me the entire time: my name (to call me from the waiting room), “I need your weight” to tell me to get on the scale, and “Wait in here for the doctor” when she led me to my final exam room. No greeting. No explanation of anything as she took my blood pressure and wrote in my chart, no question about why I was there.
Finally saw the Dr 1hr 15min past my appt time. He was wonderful, great listener. But wow.
