Dr. Ogiso earned a Doctor of Medicine, a Master’s in Public Health, completed a Residency in Preventive Medicine, and a Fellowship in Occupational and Environmental Medicine—all at Meharry Medical College. He is licensed to practice medicine without restriction in Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), and Tennessee (TN).
Fee Disclosure:
We want to provide clear information about fees associated with our services. Please review the following schedule:
- Initial session: $300 for 30 minutes
- Ongoing session: $175 for 15 minutes

Typically, the first appointment is when we establish a plan of care.
Follow-up Appointments:
- Medication Management Only: 30 minutes / $175
- Psychotherapy +/- Medication Management: 45 minutes / $475
- Physical Therapy/Injury Management Planning +/- Medication Management: 45 minutes / $475
Other Services:
Time spent outside of face-to-face meetings—including obtaining insurance authorizations, reviewing medical records, specialty labs, or writing disability reports—is billed at $500/hour. You will be notified if additional billing is expected and asked for your permission when possible. These services might not be reimbursed by your insurance carrier.

I was very happy with my visit and experience. It’s a BIG decision when choosing a doctor and this was a good choice. He listened, interacted made small talk all while he did his doctoring.
His office is close and convenient and my results will be made available on the ports.

It’s difficult to find providers that take the time to actually listen to their patients. Dr. Oso is one of those few that actually listens and really cares.

Dr. O was wonderful! I booked an appointment same day, two hours prior, and was in the office and finished with my appointment, with my prescription refilled before pharmacies closed! I had a slightly complex issue moving my prescription to a new state with no established PCP, and being able to build a relationship and heard so quickly genuinely saved the day.
Don't know what I would have done without him!

Very nice experience! First time needing to find a provider for my Rx mental health refills in a emergency kind of situation, and within the hour everything had been sorted and I had my refills at my pharmacy! Still working with my insurance to get the invoice squared away, but as far as the doctor goes I’m beyond grateful and he more than exceeded my expectations!
